much better floor plan then the original! I hated using the maxis one and trying to figure out how to set the living up, which too me hours and was frustrating

This is amazing! i have some sims living in the maxis one right now and am very tempted to move them out, bulldoze the original and replace it with this one.

The Maxis townhouse was one of my favorite pre-made houses, but you've made it even better! Nice work!

I never bothered with most of the Maxis houses. Taking out the multistory windows was a huge improvement-- more light, more wall space. This looks cool and I think I found a place for either the Singles to live in. Or my growing city family.
