Do you have Lucky Palms installed correctly? Those should show up with correct descriptions, not with the numbers. That usually shows that CAW is not reading the DCCache correctly.

They come after i installed Lucky Palms. I'm glad it works! It's better than nothing but it's hard to impress!

Yes, but they should show the correct names of the trees, not the numbers. Are you using an original copy of Lucky Palms/ Hidden Springs or one you downloaded from somewhere other than the Sims 3 store?

Do you mean that you have more than one version of a world installed?

I got Lucky Palms from a good friend! She gifted me Lucky Palms Gold Edition!
But the sea walls have the correct name! Only the trees are in numbers. I mean the sea walls that come with Lucky Palms.

Edit: I only have the gold edition!

Lucky you, I was gifted the Gold version too! And yes, I can see in my CAW that the trees are showing up as numbers too; I didn't notice it until you said, so it must be a mistake on EA's part.

So now we can summarise-
1) Your framework is correct, as you can install other CAW CC
2) You know how to install worlds correctly, and have reinstalled Hidden Springs.

So, what remains is to find out why Risn90's DT and your DT do not show up. Let's check:
1) Did you decrapify Hidden Springs in order to open it in S3oc?
2) Did you decrapify your distant terrain?
3) I've been told by someone who has HS that the distant terrain shows up in metadata as 'Distant Terrain', which is a pain because there are about five others by that name! Can you double check, with your and rian90's packages, that you have not missed it?

In the OBJD File, I see somthing like 'Store/Catalog... or something else.
Maybe this is the name in metadata! I will check it out!

Edit: I open Hidden Springs.world with the decrapify and cloned the package and open it with decrapify too. I put it into the caw framework and tested it out but I didn't see any results...

I will search for Store/Catalog...

Edit 2: There aren't any objects if I search for Store...

How many objects do you have showing under the name 'distant terrain'? What language is your CAW install in- it's also possible that the object has no STBLs for your language.

I have it installed, this is what it looks like in the Metadata list. In the filter box, I typed in distant. It came up as the first Distant Terrain listed.

It is in german and I think there are 7 distant terrains in my Caw metadata.
I didn't install any distant terrains...

If I open the package file in s3pe, I didn't see any STBL files...

Is it not one of those, then? Can you check them all?

The STBL will be in the DCCache files.

Can you show a screenshot of your distant terrains in metadata? Have you checked them to make sure the HS one is not there as auntielynds has indicated?

I import the STBL files from the DCCache into the package and open Caw to see the results but it is the same... (nothing)

I don't know if I put the false STBL files or something else...
I think I put the false STBL files into.

I think you're looking in the wrong place. If I put your DT from post #11 into my game, I can see it just fine as 'distant terrain'- and I don't even have Hidden Springs installed. So, look at all of the DTs labelled 'distant terrain' in your metadata.

There is no hidden springs DT!

i only see those distant terrains...

-Sunset Valley
-Al Simhara
-Shang Simla
-Champs les Sims
-Twinbrook
-Bridgeport
-Appaloosa Plains

If i open it in Supercaw..

All those 7 DTs and the Starlight Shores DT

unfortunately No Hidden Springs
I'm again disappointed...

It has to be a language thng then; not sure how you'd fix that. If you open up HS in CAW with your DT in your CAW packages folder, can you see it?

OMG!

It worked!!!!
I sought for distant or for terrain... or 'gelände' (it's a german word and it means terrain)
but didn't found something..

after i sought for 'ferne' (that is german and it means distant)
I found two distant terrains with the name (ferne gefilde)... i think 'gefilde' means in english realm...

And i check them out... the first DT was Hidden Springs and the second was Appaloosa Plains...

The name of the DT from HS is in german and in Metadata 'Ferne Gefilde'

I will post a pic very soon of my world! (Today)

Thank you so much for the help!!

Well done! I knew it had to be there somewhere, my worry was that they had not made any STBLs for the non-English translations. But all is well, congratulations on getting it fixed and making it work! Great work!

Me too
Fortunately there is a STBL at my language. hehe

Now, I know how to do it... I can now do the same for other objects like Barnacle Bay ex. the special pirate themed bridge.

Again I'm sorry for my stupidity and bad English.

I think my Indian world looks more Indian because of the new nice green grass.

I will add you to the fave creators because I fell in love with your Jericho world. It looks gorgeous There is an other reason too.. Because you have a lot of experience with CAW and you're open to other simmers out there and you're always able to help people out.
