This is a good attempt at blue skin. However, there's a boolprop cheat you can use to be able to use any color skin, including the blue zombie skin in CAS bodyshop for the new Uni EP. Also all the hair options are there too, including locked items such as clothes, etc etc. Use the boolprop cheat then go to the University collegetown view, and go to CAS and when in there, shift-click N and a menu will pop up and tell you that you're now in debugging mode. You've now unlocked all the clothes, skins and genetics in TS2 game. Take care...

However, the zombie skin is dark-blue skin with sags under the eyes, where clearly this is light blue skin sag-free (and not freaky looking) so... w/e.

Also, not everyone has TS2 University.

Nice. That's almost the exact same shade of blue I used in my Dr. Manhattan skin (I never posted it up here, so no, this is not a backhand accusation of theft *smile*). Of course, following the implosion of my hard drive, I have to rebuild said skin. *sigh*
