I had a Sim living here until she had saved up enough money to open her own business. Now that her business is thriving, I feel bad moving her out of these beautiful apartments! :P

Thanks for this! I ended up doing a bit of tweaks to this in my game - I think some of the windows I didn't have downloaded so I just replaced them as well as added a back community patio area with a hot tub and grill. currently is home to two households. One is a family of three and the other is a new uni graduate who has had a few parties and keeps getting noise complaints from the neighbors.
