Thank you all so much for the kind words about my creation. I'm just learning how to do this so my things are pretty basic but I love making things that my Sims live in or use. :-)

I am now using an iMac 24 inch with an M1 chip
and playing The Sims 3 and The Sims 2 Super Collection. Just started playing again.

Love it, thank you so much! I would love some small homes with just Pets EP set up for dogs and/or cats... this house is great, I will definitely use it for my Sims that want a horse.

Actually, I was just fishing around for a nice residential lot for horses that was smaller than 40x40. This is just lovely, and I'm going to add it to my town. It's for my Fairy Tale Finder spare when he moves out, so one of the residents will be a unicorn

Please make sure you are playing on a machine with a 32-bit processor (you can google what that is if you are not sure). If you have a Mac running an operating system newer than Mojave (macOS 10.14), this includes Catalina, then you will want to check out this website: https://happygamer.com/a-64-bit-rel...-players-90051/. You will probably need to update The Sims 3. Check out Mod the Sims, The Sims 3 for more information.
I don't think there is an update of The Sims 3 for PC's to 64-bit processors.
