This doesn't seem simple.

It wasn't as complicated as it may appear, certainly not as complicated as some of my Simfleet designs

For a start, I didn't have to create any custom sci fi patterns or walls, which can take weeks.

Beautiful home! I have been working on a grand-scale mansion and glad to have this as a an inspiration. I am new to designing and building. I still can't get my roofs right. I know it will be years before I can do something like this. I just love your design and hope one day to be just a speck as good as you are, and everyone else on the site. To echo another comment, you are all so talented!

This was exactly what I was looking for. Story I'm working on: The filthy rich old Sim who, due to an unfortunate accident, has to raise his Grandson and Granddaughter. Thinking the two kids, as the get older, get to move from the main house to the guest area as they get older and they get more mature

This house is simply stunning! It no doubt took a huge amount of time, work, and thought to make it and I appreciate you sharing it for us all to download! My Sim families tend to get big pretty quick and this is an ultimate home for them, so thanks.

I'm so glad you all like this one. I had been meaning to build Balmoral for a few years now. It took a wee while to make it right
