One more thing: can the hat be done without the tassel by any chance? Most sailors IRL don't use it at all, so I thought I'd ask.

It's a US Navy-style hat. How about a Royal Navy-style British one (very different)?

Not to bump an old thread, but do you have any plans of porting this to Sims 4? This hat is perfect for Josuke, but I don't have Sims 3

Jumping on board with this, I can't find any decent sailor hats for Gappy.
