I suppose my Nude-Mod is to blame
but I do not want to remove Xd

Thanks, but...

The best skin overlay for Sims 4 I've seen yet, thanks! But the nipples are placed near the outer edge off the breasts, looks at bit strange on my female sims. If you could move them towards the center it would be perfect.

At first I could not find the skin overlays either. It's under face details. Clik on the sims head and clik on ikon under face type and skin color. This skin is easy to spot there. Don't think it's a mod conflict. You could try to download a skin overlay from The Sims Resource, it's free and looks ok.
Also remember you can't use this directly on teens - shift age to young adult, apply skin and shift age back to teen.
And if you wish to modify already made sims, use testingcheats true and type cas.fulleditmode. Good luck!

The buttocks are a few pixels too low causing a 'saggy' effect, but outside of that, this is phenominal. Just a question, though. Is the face included or can I use your more detailed facial details with this?

The face is included, but you can combine it with my other overlays. I've tried it and I think they work kind of nice together
