I love your choice of fence. It brightens up the outside so much. This apartment has all of the items on my Sim's wish list but I would need to install some more ep's. Catherine, keep up the Sim building!

I saw your makeover and loved it )) Very nice floorplans and I fancy the spacious common hall too.
I'll try to do-over the neighbouring "blue" lot (109 Bella Park Road) in a similar fashion, you got me inspired. Thanks for sharing your lovely conversion! )
