Do you by any chance have a residential version of it? I'd love to use it as a one family home because it's really pretty, but it doesn't like apartment zoning being undone.

gummilutt - unfortunately no, it was planned to be an apartment lof from the very beginig, but it won't be a big problem for me to convert it into a single family house

Could you please make a way for me to PM you? I'd like to talk to you about details of that conversion.
