Very nice Tiff'! What is the structure above the bed in the most expensive house? It looks like a Maxis window, but it doesn't show the outside; how did you do? Thanks anyway and congrats!

It is indeed a maxis window using snapobjectstogrid off and move_objects. Just makes a little bit of modern artwork!

although it seems I can partially answer this question) This is done during the construction of the first fence lattice. it must be placed on the Foundation. then the Foundation repair,the fence remains. the second fence without problems can be placed on the site of the former Foundation.

Almost Placed the concrete fence first, then the foundation beside the fence right the way round then the next fence on the foundation, then once the foundation is deleted both fences stay as is
