Awesome! I will put this in my game and return here later on!
EDIT:
Here's what I found out.
1) Double left clicking on a need makes it go either to the full or empty (depending on which side you click). Right click does bring up the cheat window to set it manually.
2) This works on the relationships, by right clicking and entering the value on the popup cheat menu.
3) Moodlets disappear as the description states.
4) Right click on money brings up the cheat window to add. Remember, can't go past $99M

I've tried to see if it may alter the career bar, skills and rewards points would change (just for giggles), but they don't.

Over-all a really great MOD!

At last we are getting close to a master cheat for the Sims 4! Thank you for working on this, it was really needed. Now I don't have to be hounded by an inconvenient need.

omg I could kiss you!!!! I have been trying to get all of my sims in Willow Creek to become friends so I can hopefully have a few gold weddings! This tool is exactly what I needed! So far it is working in the game perfectly. Thank you so much!

Awesome! Graham said in December they would ask if dragging needs could be added to the game but I guess it's not important to them, but we have the modding community to come to our rescue! Thank you for this and the awesome bits you added to the mod.
