Thats not what MY text file says. We can recolor it, but we cant UPLOAD the recolors. It says not to make anything from her alphas and textures, blah blah blah.

That's the rules of MY clothing. NOT the MESH!!
The skin on this skirt that showing on the pictures above was made by me. And there is one file from Aardvarkams' that is for skinners.

Well whats the difference? You need to make it more clear. I guess basically you are saying not to just recolor the texture that is already there, with the chains and things, but to make a NEW one?

What's the different? Well, my texture on the skirt you CAN'T recolour it. But the texture from Aardvarkams for skinner YOU CAN RECOLOUR IT or do whatever you want with it accept uploading to the specific place that already said in the text file.

I just wanted to say that this is great, I downloaded this off the other site a day or so ago, and already I've got at least one bishounen/visual kei sim wearing the outfit. It seems to work like a charm, and it was something sorely needed.

Hmm.. not sure why you can't. When you click on download, there will be a new window poping up though.. If there is not, it might be your POP-UP Block.
Try enable it and see if this helps.
