These are stunning! Such a warm and cozy country vibe coming from them. Plus I love how each is a different colour. Lovely work!

Why do the upstairs bathrooms not have sinks?

Thank you all for your lovely comments.
Phaenoh, about upstairs bathrooms...I left a little more free space that sims can better move around bathroom. When two sims are in same space they can not good move if is too many objects inside. Sinks are placed in other areas, kitchen and in bathroom on first floor. If someone want add sinks upstairs it is easy to do for players. I hope that this is not a big flaw.

These are darling little residences. Your furnishings are great too. I appreciate having something made especially with the Ultimate Collection in mind. I usually leave off sinks upstairs as my sims often want to run up to the bathroom to wash the dishes! The inside and outside shared areas are really nice. I am sure my sims just back from college will love them. Some may just live there permanently as there is room for one child at least. Or a roommate. Thanks!
