Very nice playable townhouse. I appreciate being able to decorate myself. I can see an extended family having such a home, the retirees on one side and the newbie family on the other or siblings and their separate households.

Unfortunately, when I moved my Sim in, I could not place any furniture on the second floor. I wonder if it has something to do with the stairs. Sad, because it looks so wonderful.

Hi Mom50409 - I just wanted to let you know (and everyone else) that I tested the lot and it seems to be working fine - as you can see from the picture, I placed objects all over the upper floor. I did wonder whether you'd converted the lot for apartments or something? That might prevent you placing furniture in an apartment other than the one you are playing.

When I change the lot to an apartment and use the Unique Separator, I couldn't place anything on the second floor of the right apartment unit. Interesting.
