Very nice I've been meaning to add a subhood for Sims that want to have a beach home, and I think this just might be the terrain I've been looking for. Thanks for sharing with us

Took a look at the terrain in game and I have to agree it is the perfect terrain for a small vacation neighborhood. I love small terrains and I'd use Fisher's Island for a main neighborhood and sub-hood. I love that it's connect.ed to somewhere ...

Really nice map! thank you so much for uploading it. While I have SC4 I am absolutely terrible at making good TS2 maps. xD SO really appreciate these.
Also, do I have permission to make a hood out of this and upload it here? ^^ Thanks again!
