would it be possible to get a version without the expansions? even if it doesn't have furniture, it would be really useful. its the perfect size for my cottage IRL and i've always wanted to make it in the sims.

But of course! I immediately start working on it and these days I update the post with the version without extensions, but will still need the patch 1.66 / 1.67.
I will try to leave it as furnished as possible.
