This just made me remember how much I liked the sims 3. Builds were more varied and fun, landscapes were diverse, textures were more realistic and detailed... Aw, plum. Why, 4?

Yes, each world in Sims 3 had different architecture, environment and population. I think its hard to reproduce that in such small neighborhoods, with almost no inhabitants. But thats probably not the producers fault, EA unnecessarily reduced the SimGuru team after closing Maxis. I hope that we will have many worlds recreated if they release the CAW for The Sims 4.

I guess you dont know you can just use open basements as a lower terrain?
