Does it break like maxis borked one? even after all enhancements it breaks anyway (maxis teamaker)

Yes, Thank you! I always HATED how for some reason there were a million coffee makers but only a single tea maker with bad drink quality. I will use this all the time!

Updated the mods tuning for patch 1.77.131.1030 (07/20/2021)
Note* finished upgrades reset to unfinished as it's the way I like it myself and did not have time to do two seprate versions.
