I love your vintage buildings. This building looks like some very nefarious deals have gone down there!

I can almost hear the bedbugs plotting our demise. You have a way of transporting us to a different time and place that is utterly convincing. My game would be a much duller place without your lots. Thanks!!

Love your L.A. series of buildings. This would look good next to a "Nighthawks" style diner. Thanks

Oof! I'm hoping to get a PC setup in the new year so I can get back to TS3. This is deffo going on my download list so my Sim can have sleazy affairs with vampires.

Love the realsim in this building design! And the ample space for sims to move around the rooms. Perfect choice of car to go with the house :) Breathtaking work.

Using that wall texture to get the faux architrave is so clever! So here for this kind of build! :D

I have to say: your lots are basically auto-download for me. They work really well in my own vision of old-time California coastal towns, weatherbeaten & not too prosperous.

Dope.. I can imagine a detective living there who is having marital problems.

Thank you for your comments, I'm glad if anyone else can use this lot. While building, I also felt something nefarious/ominous here (not exactly secret affairs, originally in LA Noire this location is a shelter of fraud which escalates quickly to homicide), but looking at the pics, it looks more innocent than I expected.
