I'm am so impressed with this! The detail is stunning. I absolutely love the use of the green in the columns. Every last detail is just so spot on! This might be listed as a restaurant, but I'm pretty sure my Sim is already planning to renovate it into a home!

Not sure if the author of this lot did some playtest before publishing it, but for some reason the two enlarged boats beneath the lots blocks some navmeshes in the kitchen thus make it impossible for the chef to cook (they still do the cooking animation but without the frying pans or the food itself, just cooking the air!). Tried letting played sims cook in the kitchen, they pull out food from the fridge and then complain that they cannot reach the counter. Tried removed the boats beneath and the issue gone. Another workaround is to move the kitchen up on the floor above and things go back to normal: chef cooking with real food, food are served and people are happy.
