in the third part of this challenge it could get a little bit crazy, as there is a good chance, Carol will be very upset with Phil for a few things that happen...

Now that Phil has settled down with who he thought was the last woman on earth, to repopulate, of course a very good-looking young woman has to appear in the town

Making the next character:
Name: Melissa Shart
Age: Young adult
Looks: She has goldblonde hair, and is good-looking (to Phil at least); her outfits are all quite casual, nothing exciting
Traits: Daredevil, Handy, Genius, Loner and Flirty
Lifetime wish: Perfect mind, perfect body

- Move Melissa into a new house (or just use Carols old house, as she now is married to Phil anyway)
- Let Phil and Carol visit Melissa and get to know her a bit
- Then they invite Melissa over for dinner
- Makeover time! Phil shaves off his beard ( ) and finds a nice new formal wear to wear, because he likes what he sees
- Let Carol make dinner for everybody
- Before, during or after dinner (or all) Phil flirts with Melissa

Then change to play with Melissa, for the first real time:
- Melissa invites Phil in the evening
- She also flirts with him, because she's super desperate, thinking he is the last man on earth

When Phil is home again, it's time for you to build a nice outside fireplace, maybe with a couple of sofas, on Phil and Carols lot.
This is where they can meet together in the evenings, so it's more cozy

Then play with Phil and Carol:
- Melissa is invited in the evening to show her the new chillout zone
- Because they are really insensitive to Melissas feelings, Phil and Carol begin to woohoo in their bedroom
- To make up for their insensitivity Phil invites Melissa to a house party
- Unfortunately nobody talks to him, because Melissa and Carol are the ones who befriend each other
- When they are friends, you have to prepare another little location:

Phil says to Carol, that repopulation won't work, if he only repopulates with her, but he also needs to do that with Melissa, so that their children also get the chance to have children again. After a first fight, Melissa and Carol agree (because they are friends now), that it is in fact the only solution, so Phil "has to" make a baby also with Melissa.

Set up a romantic bed with cheesy romantic decorations just on a community lot; outside.
This is where Phil wants to repopulate with Melissa.

- Make Phil wear something really nice again
- Have him invite Melissa to the community lot
- Make them flirt heavily, until there is the option to woohoo
