It looks realy good, I'm not so sure about being it a 'dutch' house. Most Dutch houses *Looks around in the street where she lives* look a lot diffrent. But beside that point it looks very good.

Great work! You did an excellent job on it. One question though. Your lot looks a lot bigger than the ones that I have created and the mb. are smaller on yours. How did you compress it to be that small. All my lots will only compress to be about 25 mb or more, no less and I don't even have, but about 25% of items in some of my lots.

That would be a very relaxing home.

The lot is 5x5 so if you are creating 5x5 lot and mine looks bigger there must be an illution or something.

Regarding the size of your files i think this is because you have a lot of stuff in your downloads folder. Lets say that you create a house and puts 1 of the "walue wood justa door" in it. If you have 20 recolours of that door in your downloads folder all the recolours also gets packed in the lot package. Even though you dont actually have them in your house. Something like this anyway.

I allways empty the downloads folder everytime I start to build a new house and only add the files I know I'm gonna use.
