The UI file - A list of everything you may want to change!
Here you go everyone.

I have been searching through the very big UI file and have found the instances to everything you might want to change or play about with.

The boxes are pop-ups in the game - like when you are inviting people to a party, that box that shows up. But because there is so many in game and I didn't know what to call them I just said box 1 etc

hi caz100, howcome when you edit the bodyshop ones, they don't work. I am sure i am editing them correctly.

I am not 100% percent sure. It could be that there are new files in the university UI file. But I haven't searched it yet so you would have to find it yourself but it is not nearly as big as original Ui

no, there are no new bodyshop pics in the ui for university, i checked it already.

Uh. Well then my guess is no better than yours! I really don't know. It must be because it is a loading screen that there is a video or animation file somewhere.

I think that the Bodyshop items in the UI.package are either useless duplicates or they are used for the in-game CAS.

The real BodyShop items should be in the same folder as the UI.package, in a file called CaSIEUI.data: create a copy of it and rename it to .package, and do whatever you want with SimPE

Your welcome! In the gamedir there are several files that DON'T have a .package extension, but are nevertheless standard package files. Sometimes one can find something interesting...

i have editet some of the collor of the body shop.
but is only the orginal collor and not the color i want

These instances proved useful to me; they had some people on them that I don't want on the UI menu. I don't have all the EPs and SPs, so I miss some of the instances in between in my game, and there might be a few others around, but those numbers should help people looking to try to remove the characters. ^.^
Thanks for the tutorial, caz!

I looked at the UI.package for other eps I had.
I couldn't find the Pets people...
but I found University, NL, OFB, and Seasons.
