As I can't see any EP objects in it I highly doubt you need the Expansion Pack but i'm not 100% sure

I would recomend putting it in your downloads folder.

You could put it there but it is easier to put it inyour downloads folder.

CAS! is for those who have the original The Sims, or want to make a regular family. YACAS! is University exclusive, YA stands for Young Adult, which you can create and have them go to university.

Can i keep changing cas?I mean download some cas and put all in the download folder.will it work fine?Or should i back up it?

You should backup your other CAS's if you ever do not want this one.
