Wow thanks for the comments guys! Yeah I dont have the Uni EP so if anymore modern homes come from me you better be sure it will not be EP required.

love modern architecture as well as older styles
i have 2 seperate areas in my pleasantville and this will go in my modern area nicely

You should run Clean Installer before uploading. There are careers included in the upload. I took em out when I installed it. Thanks for a neat house.
