Default No more baby on floor?
I'm sure I've seen a hack somewhere where the sims will put the babies in a crib instead of on the floor, but now i can't find it. does it exist?

atavera has a baby floor blanket, if we cant find the mod (Im also sure there was one too) then this could be the next best thing, beats the cold hard floor! http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?p=1530815

nodroptiredbaby.zip: http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/s...r=al%2Fhacks%2F

That's the AL folder - if your latest EP isn't AL, you want to go up a level and get the hack version from the right folder.

I have nodroptiredbaby and it doesn't stop them from putting the baby on the floor in cases when the baby is not tired for example right after a baby is born they almost always dump the baby on the floor to make the bed, or the father puts the baby on the floor to "come see baby" if the mother has twins.

I'm interpreting the Op's request to mean never put the baby on the floor, as in put the baby in the crib before making the frigging bed or "come see baby" if there are twins, unless I'm misinterpreting the request.

I would like a mod that would make them to put the baby in the crib before making the bed.

Yes, sims will always put the baby on the floor if they are told to do an interaction which they can't do while holding a baby. There's no mod to change that, you just have to plan your sims' interactions. :P

I thought everyone drops baby on floor if all you have is a custom crib..but now I think ANY crib. So nanny (or visitor) picks up baby (WHY do they do that?!) - maybe holds it for a few minutes, then puts it on the floor - right next to the crib. Stupid sims.
I've taken to just leaving baby on the floor; oh, you can't get to the fridge? There's no place to sleep because there is a baby in that room (and even though you don't hear crying, they must be crying to wake people up).

Stand up, speak out. Just not to me..

That was a freetime problem pre-patch I think. Either the patch fixed it or a mod or something. They can't sleep if the baby is awake in the room (who knows who thought that one up or what they were thinking!)

I usually direct them to put the baby in one of the baby related items if I see them put it on the floor, but that doesn't help with nannies!
