Default Bug with MasterController [Resolved]
Hello ! First I'd like to apologize if I'm posting in the wrong place, english isn't my native language and it's a bit hard to browse everything without getting lost. And given that the link to nraas' forum is dead ( at least I think it is ), I'm trying here.

I had to reinstall the Sims 3 yesterday. Before that, everything was working fine with the MasterController. But now ... I downloaded a version according to my patch, put it in the right folder and the script shows up in game. However, when I change the settings of "Multiple makeup" and "Multiple accessories" from false to true, it doesn't work. When I try to create a Sim after that, I can't put more than one makeup and one accessory per category. I tried also without any other mods but MasterController and still nothing.

I'll be grateful for any help, thanks you and I'm sorry if there's any mistakes in my post

Hi there. Rumors of our death are highly exaggerated.

Our website is here: http://nraas.wikispaces.com as you have already found.
The main message board is called Chatterbox and this is where new posts go: http://nraas.wikispaces.com/page/messages/Chatterbox

You do, however, need to be logged in as a member of our wiki to post and to see the big blue "New Post" button at the top of that page. See the "Becoming a Member" section of our homepage if you aren't one already.

The answer to your question depends on how you are entering CAS. Changes in MasterController's CAS settings are only honored if you bring a sim into CAS or a subset of it using a MasterController command, such as MC > Sim > Advanced > Edit in CAS or its Stylist function. Elsewhere and using other ways, you will get EA's version of CAS instead. If you want MC CAS from all sources, including in-game actions like Change Appearance (mirror), Plan Outfit (dresser), Edit in CAS (testingcheats, shift-click), and Create a Household (Edit Town), you will also need the MC Integration add-on module.
