Default No 20K Handouts?
I just ran into this mod mentioned somewhere and I immediately decided I want it in my game... but I can't seem to find it anywhere, and all links to it that I've found seem to be dead. Right now I'm searching the waybackmachine myself, but if anyone knows where it can be found I would really appreciate it.
