Inspired by typical British houses.
The house costs 113 207 §. The lot is 4x5.
On the first floor, there is a hall, four living/dining rooms, a large white kitchen with a dishwasher and a trash compactor, a toilet, a massive conservatory and a large double garage.
On the second floor, there is six bedroom, the master with an ensuite, two other with an ensuite and a dressing room and three other bedrooms. There is also a toilet and a large bathroom with double sink, bath and shower.
There is a large front garden with four parking places and a massive enclosed back garden with a terrace, a swimming pool and trees.
There is a fire alarm in every room of the house. Beside each entry door, there is a burglar alarm.
You'll need the Mayfair door master mesh if you want the entry door and back door to function properly. The link for the mesh is included in the CC list.
