After browsing for custom content skins and not finding any that fit what I was looking for I decided to make my own.

This series of skins is an edit of the original EA skins with increased texture detail while still preserving some of the more interesting facial features sims can have.

*** Features ***

- Increased pore texture

- Blushing on the tips of ears, across the cheeks, on joints, and digits

- Built in finger and toenails (so no need to put on accessories!)

- very slight faux subsurface scattering. (there's a weak 1% overlay of the skin over the skin which mimics the effect of subsurface scattering. It might not do much as raising the percentage caused a lot of issues with the overlay, but the light might scatter slightly different than by default)

*** Variations ***

- FRE or Freckles version adds freckles over the entirety of a sim's body with no additional accessories required

- EAML or East Asian Monolid softens the eyelid crease to create a monolid

-EADL or East Asian Double Eyelid is nearly identical to the regular version of the skin, however there is a slight highlight on the lower eyelid to represent the slight ridge that is often seen on East Asian eyes

*** Babies ***

This skin also effects babies within the game. All babies will reflect the traits added to their older counter part's skin. Sims with EAML and EADL will be born with dark brown eyes. The design of the babies' eyes are meant to match with jillrp's "Honest Gaze Default Eyes".

*** Specifics ***

- Skins available: Regular, Freckles (FRE), East Asian Monolid (EAML), East Asian Double Eyelid (EADL)

- All skins come in 1k and 2k versions

- ONLY the regular version comes in default replacement. The FRE, EAML, and EADL skins are exclusively non defaults

- All Non Defaults come in the Default Neutral, Red tone, and Yellow tone skin ramps


* NOTE: As always, remember you can only have one default replacement in your game at a time.

* NOTE: If you plan on downloading two or more of these skins as non defaults, remember to install CmarNYC's XCAS core mod, specifically the skin tone panel so you can view them all in CAS.
