As I mentioned in your other thread, requests are not allowed here but you can ask for people to help you to find foods or recipes that are already created.

If you state exactly which foods you are wanting, then people will post if they have heard of any that are already created.

Or, if you want to learn to make them yourself, we could show you some tutorials to help you learn.

I'd love to find some Italian dishes. spaghetti with garlic, oil, chilli pepper, eggplant parmigiana, pasta alla norma, pennette all'arrabbiata, meatballs all'taliana (with tomato sauce), eggplant meatballs (a vegetarian dish)... If they don't exist: how are they created? I would love to learn.

I would say that this is quite advanced, so you might want to try some simpler projects first if you've never modded before.
