Default How can I remove "Loading" and "The .... Family" text from the family loading screen?
I would like to record the family loading screen without the text that appears. Is there a way to mess with this in SimPE or something? Also, could I do this on a Mac? I don't want to ruin my game on the PC but I have Super Collection on my old Mac as well and there I would be willing to fiddle with this so I can record the loading screen. But if that's not possible then I would try on the PC.

There's a mod that changes the "Loading The Newbie Family" to just "The Newbies":

You can open that package in SimPE and find the resource that has the "The %ss" line and change it to be empty. That way, you'll just have the family picture and the animated loading screen, without any text.

I'm not sure if there's SimPE for Mac. If there's not, you can still edit the package on your PC, but only use the final mod on your Mac; that way, your PC game won't be modified in any way.
