Hi @Firas This section is really for problems with the website, but I will direct you to the places to ask about game help.

If you look at the menu at the top of the page, you can click on your game (Sims 2, 3 or 4) and then click where it says 'Game Help'. Then click on the 'Custom Content' section, and you will see instructions for how to get mods and content into your game.

If you have any problems after reading that, you can ask a question in the help sction- click on your game at the top of the page and choose 'Help Forums'.
