Hey

This beautiful, sprawling home with a two-car attached garage is built on a 5x4 lot. Costs 181,187 fully furnished.

The first floor has the master bedroom, with private bath. The large living room opens up to the balcony, overlooking the spacious backyard. Also includes the kitchen and dining room.

The second floor leads up to the loft area, which can either be used as a 5th bedroom, or a game room.

From the basement, you have access to the yard. Also has an entertainment area, as well as three bedrooms and a bath.

Only Maxis objects were used. Hack free. Requires University, Nightlife and OFB.
