Description
Here is a big home for you. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths plus an extra room above the garage for anything, I would use it for a business, probably. It costs $235,841, so it’s quite expensive, and it is quite generously furnished, mainly with custom content. It includes multiple sitting areas (living room, sitting room, family room, patio), 2 walk over bridges, a big kitchen, U-style stairs (sorry, I think the sim will be walking through the stair case, though I’d prefer not to change it, the stairs I chose look good with the house), 2 car garage with a studio above it (there another level between these two, it is empty and extremely short, I had to use the boolProp constrainFloorElevation False cheat to level it out with the house.), many balconies, a large dining room large bedrooms with a huge master bedroom with a huge master bath including a closet, an actually useful utility room, and an unfurnished room on top which I would use for a library/study. Lot size is 4x5 (40x50).

this is a big file, it may take a while to download on your computer
i had to reduce it from 11.7mB to 9.75mB and that’s still in the zip file
i also had to take out some CC i don’t think i took anything too important out, but all i can remember is the Catalic escalade. Thanks!!
