Brixham University is the first installment of The Brixham Project. I've created several small terrains (which I referred to as the Itty Bitty City Committee) and now I am planning to create an entire mini-neighborhood, including university, residential and business areas. For this project I've created a set of custom brick walls and floors that will be used for each building. All lots will be either 1x3 or 2x2, no larger, and have been play-tested.

With each lot I'll include a separate rar file for the walls and floors so you only need to download that once.

First up:

A small dorm, housing only 4 students on a 1x3 lot.
