(I would like to thank nengi65 for telling me how some of yall do your pics. )

The St. James Chateau, a gourgeous and luxurious home on a 4x5 lot. It is elegent and welcomes your guests & sims first through a little winding path to the double french doors. Then on into a lavish living room & dining room and switchback stairs. You are then lead to a story family room, kitchen, & breakfast nook. It is two-toned in the Chateau series' signiture white stucco with grey masonary covery the signiture 3 Story tower. It's features are...

-4(very large) Bedrooms
-Master Bedroom suite has sitting area
-2.5 Bathrooms
-3-Story Foyer, 2 Story Livng & Family Room
-Formal Dining & Breakfast Nook
-Huge Loft used as a Gameroom
-Media Room with Home Cinema by lastrie
-Patio for Bar-B-Q's
-Sunk-in Pool with Hot-Tub
-Lots of Landscaping with several flower beds and lots of trees.
-Lemonade Stand for the kiddies!

I know that it may look a lot like the St. Luke on the exteriour. But I tell you the truth it is a completly differnt home. As you can see by the pics, you can even see the St. Luke in one of the pics next door! The home comes with even more landscaping than the St. Luke! It should make your sims feel like they're living in a dream. And it should make you feel envious of your sims for the lavish life they live! It comes fully furnished at a wopping $350,114! I love making expensive homes!
