This lovely home comes to you at $99,933 and on a 5x6 lot, making it have plenty of room for adding on or more lanscaping. Huge and spacious rooms for easy get around. It is unfurnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths an a 2 car side garage.

The rosebushes at 4eversimsfantasy have two recolors, yellow and organge, that was inculded in th file. If you ever want to get the full set, go into the objects on the website and look for ' Outfoor 5'. For the primoses, I used both so they are both in the file as well.

Also, I've noticed that once you exit the house for the first time, the roof changes and looks like nothing like the picture. Now, this could be just be on my game but I thought I should mention it. I found one way to fix and it is to do this: In the cheat box, type ' roofslopeangle 35' and it should change it to almost being similar.
