Diamond Dorm 2

I built this lot because of the wonderful feedback I had gotten off of the first Diamond Dorm 1. I have to say that when I first got University I really was excited until I seen the dorm rooms that they had. They were small and really not what I would want in a dorm. So that is why I started building dorms. This dorm was built on a 5 x 5 Lot. So it is very big. I could not fit it all into one picture. This dorm is different than most I have seen. See every Dorm is an Apartment. Now I furnished all of them for convenience but they aren't perfect. You may want to change it which is why I went with basic colors. Here is an example of what the apartments look like This is apartment 1: There are eight all together all have a private bathroom and balcony. Each comes with all skilling needs. I could not fit a pool in this one but maybe the next. Each has room for a car as well. Those are driveways on either side of the Main Middle Building. So your College Students can have their own car. Which none of the Dorms with the game have.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
