This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

Here's a flowergirl dress to match my other wedding outfits.

The mesh is from pronup sims and is called - RosematBFlowergirl220405. Just follow the links - 'The Children', 'Girls-Children', then down the bottom of the pictures there is a link saying 'all meshes Pronupsims'. Once it brings up that screen scroll down until you find the mesh.
