Aloha everybody! Well I think I’ve been in hiatus long enough. Working over Christmas is not a pleasant experience and kind of puts a damper on the festivities. So I had to take a holiday to get over my holiday. But now am back with more lots!!

This lot has been on my to-do list for so long. It’s my own house! Actually, only the floor plan, landscaping and colour scheme is really my house. The furniture inside, well, I only wish my parents had the taste some of the custom creators have in interior decoration. This house can comfortably house a five sim family and ample room for a pet. It features:

- Backyard in-ground pool with deck side dining and hot-tub

- Single garage with tool bench work area for those DIY fathers… or mothers

- Landscaping in both front and backyards

- Four bedrooms

- Two bathrooms

- Laundry (merely for that homely decorative feel)

- Backyard space behind garage for future renovations with the release of Sims Seasons

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
