Cherry Cottage has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a goodsized kitchen with everything a sim needs. The livingroom has also a diningarea and there's room for a studycorner. The second bedroom is currently set up as a little girls room, but can easily be a nursery, study or even diningroom.
