Why university must be "closed zone",is it some kind of secret military research center or what?...

All mods FT compatible.

This mod allow townies to visit university subhood as walkbys and allow YA(students)to visit any sub or main hoods as walkbys too.
BV Version:for EP6
If using HCDU you have conflicts with other creator mods - try Alternative version.
ALT(alternative)Version:for EP4 and higher.(more recommended)

Update 29thJan2008:
YA_visitors-this mod allow YA and other townies/downtownies to visit any Vacation community lots.Also allow YA to visit any comm.lots in downtown and owned business lots.

Update 19thMar2008:
no_researchGPAmax-this mod will stop useless research auto for all YA
if GPA at maximum(Class Performance Bar Full).

University(EP1) must be installed.

Install:Unzip and put in your downloads.

Bonus:Log setting.cheat
If you tired to see in your game log folder records about endless audio errors- replace file in \The Sims 2\The Sims 2 FreeTime\TSData\Res\Config\ directory with this one.Objects error and other important logs still allowed.
