Last year my family and I (all nine of us) went to New York over Christmas break to ski for a couple days. The weather was crappy, but the condo we stayed in was nice. I've done my best to replicate it, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!



The sim version of this condo can comfortably sleep 6, but two more can squeezed in if they sleep on the couch.

There are two bedrooms (plus a loft), three bathrooms, a fully-equiped kitchen, and space to park a car.
Note: The garage is not functional. There were issues with sims getting stuck and so I just removed the extension piece. The area can be used as storage, band practice, or anything you want.

The Winter Lodge sits on a cozy 2x2 lot, and costs $81,377 fully furnished. It has been playtested and everything seems to be in working order. Please let me know if you have any problems.
