Give your large family sims a spacious but cozy 1story furnished home. It's a 5 bedroom including a master suite. This home comes with an inviting porch, large foyer, great room, media room, office, sunroom, formal dining, 2 fireplaces, 3 full baths, garage, and a large deck that overlooks a unique pool with spa. It comes fully furnished including a fire alarm in kitchen.
I have played this floorplan before, but when I uninstalled the game, at the time, I didn't know I would loose my work. So, I created another of the same floorplan. This is a new lot that has not been played yet. I was inspired to create this floorplan from Luxury Homes magazine. Me and my sims have enjoyed this floorplan! I haven't played this lot yet so let me know of any problems. This home contains no custom content or hacks.
