Another lot I made from my neighborhood Summerville. Beach Rd 5
It is decorated in shades of white and blue.



It's a small but very comfortable countryside fully furnished house with one dobbel bedroom, a open plan kitchen and livingroom.




The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower.



The outdoor area has a smal pond for your sims to fish in, a dog house.




If you don't have all the SP you can download this lot with Clean Insataller. You will then miss a few walls, floor, fencing and landscaping.

I hope your sims will love this home. No custom content, as always.
