This house is called Sterling Ridge. I found the inspiration for this on a road called Sterling Ridge, thus the name. It's somewhat expensive furnished, but unfurnished it is a decent price. It's big enough for a family with 3 kids, or for 3 single sims. The inside theme is rather old and reminds me of the 80's.
