A very compact apartment building I built a while back to match the rest of my Las Palmas neighborhood. Each unit has 2-bedrooms, 1 bath. Street view units have a shared balcony between bedrooms. Second floor has a piano room/lounge area. Basement has a gym and ballet-barre/dance room.
This will comfortably house a sim couple just starting out. Play-tested for 2 sim weeks. Floor plan is very simple and ease of playability assured
