This is a lot that I've been working on for the past few days. It's a big one, 5x6, and it has three buildings: a main house, a guest house, and a 3 car garage. I started out building this with the idea of the ideal home for myself. I'm the kind of guy who enjoys the outdoors and I love the rustic look of cabins, so that's what I went with here.
It's on a 5x6 lot and costs $184,682. I have left it with the normal furnishings that you would find in a house that you just moved into (counters, sinks, fixed lighting, etc...)
The main house includes the following rooms:
master bedroom
3 bedrooms upstairs
2.5 bathrooms
living room
dining room
kitchen
sun room - I included a hot tub here, though feel free to do with it whatever you want
As for the guest house:
master bedroom
2 bedrooms downstairs
2 bathrooms
living room
dining room
kitchen
and a study/bonus room upstairs
As usual with me I don't include CC. That being said, however, I do recommend using iceyboi83's glass floors for as the roof for the sun room. You can find them here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=190510.
I should also note that due to the size of this lot and the amount of stuff on it, it can cause the game to slow down on older machines.
